[uanog] Лицензирование Инженеров в США ?

Инженеры бывают разные. Бывают и такие, чья работа связана с опасностью 
для здоровья и жизни своей и окружающих - например, в энергетической 
отрасли или высотные инженерно-монтажные работы.
