Это всё классно, но пока практической реализации нет нигде, везде юзают
DASH и производные поверх чуть ли не HTTP1 (как вариант, RTMP и RTMPT
поверх всё того же HTTP). Но сами вебсайты и endpoints для API уже да,
могут быть на HTTP3.
