[uanog] IP-адреси на окупованих територіях

Может быть, конечно. Мой вопрос был в том, случались ли такие трансферы.

Я бегло посмотрел список трансферов по словам TOV и FOP. Сходу не увидел ничего подозрительного.

Предлагаемые меры вполне разумные. Жаль только, что Федиенко не умеет коммуницировать без своих титулов.
