TLDR: 
- ICANN по просьбе PIR убрал ограничения на рост цен для .ORG
- PIR продала .ORG коммерческой конторе (Ethos Capital) за $1B+
- совладельцы Ethos Capital - в совсем недавнем прошлом управленцы ICANN и PIR; что поднимает вопрос о конфликте интересов
