[uanog] OSPF over GRE over IPSec

Зібрав аналогічну конфігурацію з мікротом, включим там пакет-сніфер, 
підтверджується -

він (мікрот) не отримує OSPF hellos з тунелю.

Проблема явно на боці linux. Де?!?! :)
