[uanog] IP-адреси на окупованих територіях

Света,
жаль, что ты не очень любишь дискуссию в паблике, но я уверен, что в этом случае мы способны много что сделать.

Как я написал раньше, я не слышал о случаях вроде бы недобровольных трансферов IP-ресурсов внутри RIPE NCC или между RIR с участием NCC. Что, разумеется, не означает их отсутствия.
Более того, Майк прислал ссылку на пост, в котором утверждается, что недобровольный трансфер уже состоялся.

Для чёткого и ясного представления перед членами RIPE NCC нам нужны факты или прямая и ясная угроза. Иначе в высшем менеджменте RIPE NCC не поймут. То есть для непосредственного решения нужны факты и предложения. Для непосредственного - через членов RIPE NCC - нужно влияние на эту массу. Указание на недобровольные трансферы - это очень сильный довод. Если получится собрать доказательства, то они смогут сильно повлиять на мнение многих LIR-ов.

Дайте нам Федиенку на General Meeting, может быть?
